Often I have a name in mind for a painting before I even begin to paint. I'm drawing a blank this time. Anyone think of a catchy, quippy, witty name for these red tulips?
Here's a thought; comment on this post ( I love to hear from you!), and I will send a small poster of one my other artworks to a name chosen at random from all comments, and another to my choice for best title. I'll make a decision on March 31.
Thanks for your help!

Tried and Trulips
ReplyDeleteOne of my favorite flowers and you have painted them beautifully. "Ladies in Red"
ReplyDeleteHi R!! This is lovely-It reminds me of summer <3 I'm not that witty and have been staring at this trying to think of a good title lol. I'm good at naming my pieces "Untitled" Hee Hee! Maybe :
ReplyDelete"Lazy Afternoon Shadows" ;)
For a title how about:
ReplyDeleteTiptoe...
I love it when the title comes before a painting and often struggle when I have to come up with one after the fact. I'm afraid I don't have any catchy suggestions for you but just wanted to say how great the red looks against the silvery-green foliage, and the shadows are wonderful.
ReplyDeleteThe first thought that occurred to me was:
ReplyDeleteHere's looking at you, kid...
